From millennial bug to pandemic. The expectation of horror-mixed delight for a new millennium turned into a certain disappointment when everything was just as usual. The idea for this painting was that I would capture the feeling I had then and then save the painting until I felt that the world had changed. Now, two decades after Millenium, the pandemic struck and I was sure it was time to pick up and complete this little time capsule.
